Standard constructions start at 50 pieces per colour, with mixed sizes accepted inside that run. Heavy handwork — all-over beading, large-area hand embroidery, complex special sequin work, and any special fabric or process you nominate — starts at 100 pieces. The final minimum is confirmed per style before the order is accepted, so the 50-piece figure is a starting rule rather than a blanket promise.
Both. In OEM you supply a finished tech pack and we produce to it. In ODM you supply a reference — a sample, a photo with measurements, or a design brief — and we develop the pattern, grade it across your size range, and produce to the approved fit.
Yes. Private label is standard: woven labels, care labels, hangtags, polybags and carton marks can all carry your brand. Nothing we make carries our own brand — we do not sell a retail label of our own.
It depends on the construction, the embellishment and the fabric. Sampling cost and lead time are quoted per style before work starts, so you have a date before you commit.
By fabric, construction, trim and quantity. No price is published on this site because a dress in a plain woven and the same silhouette fully beaded are not comparable. Send the style and target quantity and we quote against that brief.
Inspection runs against your specification before packing, and findings are reported back with photographs. Because cutting, sewing and inspection sit in the same building, a problem is caught while the line is still running rather than after the carton is sealed.
Usually. Send the sample or clear photographs with measurements, plus the target quantity. We will tell you honestly whether the construction is something we can reproduce, and what the minimum would be.
Shipping is arranged ex-works or delivered, by air or sea, to your forwarder or ours. Payment terms are agreed per order and written into the proforma invoice — they are not fixed on this page because they depend on the order.
Yes — our amfori BSCI documentation is on the Compliance page, and the original document can be provided to buyers on request.
